James and other colleagues at the Gravesend store were most helpful. Getting the balance right between showing an interest in the customer and being 'pushy' is often difficult. I used to be in retail myself, and understand how perplexing it can be. For every customer that complains about sales staff apparently looking disinterested by not approaching them the second they walk through the door, there is another that will complain if you ask if you can be of any assistance, even ten minutes after you've allowed them time to have an uninterrupted browse. However, that said, James seemed to manage it. We were very happy with the service we received from all members of staff, which is why we decided to make our purchase there.

The sales rep (Frances) was fantastic. She took time to understand what we needed and then gave us loads of choices. She wasn't pushy but very knowledgeable and made our purchase an absolute pleasure.

It was well organised by the matresses type and colour coding made it easier. Staff were a great help and greatly influenced by decision to buy from dreams compared to other places.

I have had a bad experience with benson for beds and a missing mattress after 8 weeks I cancelled my order and went to my local dreams in gravesend. The store manager was such a lovely approachable man. A credit to your company. He and his assistant, james i think his name was, were fantastic. My purchase was quick and easy.

Excellent service. Asked me if I required assistance without pestering, when I asked for help gave me all the information I required to make an informed decision. Made me aware of all offers that were on. Got the delivery day I requested.

It turned out that we did not have to purchase a new bedstead. Some of the plastic clips that the wooden bars are placed into have disintegrated on our bed and it has turned out that replacements for the plastic clips can be obtained . This is something that surprised us. So we only purchased a new mattress and pillows.
