Great customer service and assistance with the sleep match option, sales assistant had a good knowledge of chosen bed and a great understanding about each mattress and my needs

Very patient, one to one, in-store service. I was served by Guy who really understood my need, showed me appropriate options across wide price range and was not at all pushy. The instore technical bed check was great.

Guy was friendly, helpful and knowledgable making it a very pleasant shopping experience.

The salesman was very helpful but was dissapointed that the first 2 beds we chose were not available. The first bed we chose was not available with no delivery date . The second the same ended up taking 3rd option but still a 10 week wait

Absolute quality customer service.All staff warm and very welcoming very understanding and taking in account of your needs rather than just wanting to sell their product.keeping me upto date with my delivery and overall A* standard will definitely be going back.

We knew the items that we were interested in before visiting the store. We were looked after by Guy, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us with queries and options and were able to place the order quickly

Friendly lady called Mandy at the Gravesend store dealt with us having a sleep test. She was very knowledgable about the whole procedure. Our mattress will be custom made in 4 weeks which we are happy with.

Such a friendly member of staff who took the time to listen to what I wanted and needed. He spent a long time with me to make sure I had made the right decision. Absolutely brilliant service.
