The assistant was very helpful being friendly, knowledgeable, patient and not pushy.

I received prompt and courteous service from the sales staff who went "the extra mile" to make sure that I was satisfied with the mattress that I eventually selected. The gentleman (Guy) showed me various mattresses but did not pressurise me into buying - I really appreciated his input advice.
