Both sales assistants were entirely knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They listened to my requirements and budget and put together a number of possible combinations for me. They explained the products and I left an extremely happy customer. Thank you!

John, the store manager (Gravesend branch) was so helpful and not pushy. Really felt like he was trying to help us out and get us what we wanted for the best price possible. Felt like he couldn't do enough for us. He made choosing a mattress and a bed as easy as possible.

We were greeted on arrival, but not pressured as some shops All staff were friendly and knowledgeable and keen to ask WHAT I WANTED and expected from my bed We were not steered straight to the expensive beds but not pushed towards cheapest either

we was greeted by the manager of the store john and was offered a coffee straight away and while it was being made was asked what we needed and then shown the beds and pillows was very satisfied by the nature of the staff and service we was given i will recomened and will return to the same store for future purchases

No pressure sales, store manager made enquiries into stock items as we are on a budget, recommended best products for our needs, gave us several options, remembered my name when I returned to the store the next day, ensured we had best discount he could offer with products
