Dreams - Gravesend

We went to two other bed shops after going in to Dreams but went straight back very quickly. Not only were the beds and shop in general a better quality but the staff were lovely. They were very helpful and knowledgeable with out feeling like we were being forced in to a purchase. I would recommend the Dreams Gravesend store as there is plenty of choice it is laid out well, clean and they have loads of mattresses to try.

We were highly satisfied with our visit to Dreams from the moment we walked into the store and was greeted by one of the staff. We had a quick talk about what we were looking for and what they thought and were given great advice. He showed us round the store at the different bed bases and mattresses and give really good advice on each which we made our decision and purchased both bed base and mattress. The service from the staff was great and delivery time quicker than we thought.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to answer our questions, guide us to select products suitable for our needs and were friendly and attentive throughout our time in store.

I visited your gravesend store- the store manager john approached me he was very friendly and answered all my questions, I then put my order through with assistant called fran who was lovely also and dealt with my order quickly with no issues at all. Great customer service received from both and I would definitely go back and see them again.

this was a return visit to the store walked in and was greeted by john and was looked after with speed and service and was directed to the product

James and the other members of the team at the Gravesend store were extremely helpful and attentive to me and my 4 year old daughter, we left fully refreshed with a happy 4 year old and her balloons.

The manager was very helpful and tried his best to help as he saw I was on crutches and guide us around the shop.

Customer service fantastic!

The sales assistant was very helpful, even giving us better pillows to use when trying all the beds. We were not hassled at all but she was on hand if we had any questions.
