Dreams - Gravesend

The customer service was exceptional. James, our sales assistant, made us feel welcome immediately and catered to our every need in a manner that suggested that nothing was too much (he even moved mattresses to different frames to help us to make our decisions). We have never encountered such good customer service and we feel that he is a credit to dreams. We came in to look at a matress that we were considering buying at a later day, but due to James' outstanding customer service we decided to buy today. Our purchase today was purely thanks to James.

As I knew what product I wanted it was very easy to order in store. I was shone the bed I was interested in and it was love at first sight The manager and staff were brilliant the store was recommended by my Daughter as she had great service there.

The staff in store are just excellent. Spoke to the Store Manager and Amanda on the first visit. Went back to buy the following day and spoke to Amanda who served me. Fran was very helpful as well. You certainly have a very knowledgeable team with great customer service, no pressure sales a great pleasure as I had looked in two other shops in the same complex and they was not as good.

The sales assistant came to us to ask our requirements and listened. He showed us the products within our budget. Once we had agreed the price we then had to wait before he could register the sale but we were offered a coffee and this was acceptable. Overall, our experience was very good and the assistance was very pleasant and friendly.
