I got my bed comeing early ? This Saturday ...this help me with my back

Michael was new to the job but it was very evident that he enjoyed his job and was knowledgeable about the products, in our case mattresses, even though the has only been with you for 3 weeks. He was very patient and we never felt pressurised into making a decision or like we were getting the hard sell which has been the case elsewhere, we were with him making a decision and trying different mattresses for close to an hour. We were offered a drink and given the time and space to make the decision that was right for us.

I couldn't praise the staff enough, very knowlegiable, very helpful with measurements I had helping me to go through different set up. Extremely pleased

This is the second mattress we have bought in the last 12 months from Dreams. Both times we took it from the shop floor and it was on the bed that evening. Both times my toddler was jumping over beds and running around them like it was a race track and we still managed to get great beds in the quickest time (due to crazy toddler). The bed is a little hard but our other one softened up over time so I'm guessing it's the same. It's great to be able to pick up and put the mattress in the car as I' am not a forward thinking and am last minute. Both times i needed the mattress that or the next day.

Went there with my family to get mattress, we had friendly assistance , had time to look around had coffee and had great belt to choose which mattress we want. Great service.

I had no intention of placing an order as we were were only looking, however the knowledge and general friendliness of the staff convinced us that we did not need to look anywhere else. They were not pushy and gave us our own time to think things over before coming to a decision. At no point did I feel I was being pushed into making a decision there and then.

Both members of staff James and John, were very pleasant and helpful, they could not do enough to help me. Service with a smile! You cannot beat that! I will always go back to a shop if the Customer service is good and the staff are polite.

Very nice helpfull staff, didn't try to push us into anything,easy to order, no fuss. Will use store again as we want more products in the near future.
