The sales assistant was brilliant she showed us the types of mattress, what they were made of which helped immensely and she understood our budget. She may of only been there 2 weeks but she was very knowledgeable

Sales assistant (Guy) was very helpful and had ample knowledge about the products out on the shop floor. He convinced us in to buying the products which he himself uses as well. The store is well stocked with varied products, which helped us make the decision.

Excellent customer service. Michael who served us took time to listen to what we wanted and explained our options. He was friendly and attentive but we didn’t feel under pressure to buy something We were offered a drink while we discussed and finalised our order.
