I was highly satisfied with all the service I recieved from the moment I got there and also to the finish.

The sales advisor was very informative and understanding of what we were looking for in a new bed. She was also very patient and interactive with our very active two year old. This was very helpful as we were then able to concentrate on both our daughter and purchase. The other staff in the store also looked very approachable and smiley.

The store assistant Michael was friendly, professional and helpful. He explained everything fully and offered many purchase options.

We were looking for a high quality product of a specific type. The sales person was extremely helpful in identifying which products best suited our requirement and was particularly knowledgeable about the prooducts themselves.

The staff were actively helpful even though it meant them staying past 6pm to complete our order successfully, they went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and were friendly throughout the entire process.
