Dreams - Gravesend

When we arrived we were asked if we required assistance but not hassled or put under any pressure by John. We had every intention in shopping around that day at other stores to find the best deal and not buying a new mattress at that point. On asking John for some advice he was so helpful with the products and his knowledge we decided not to waste our time looking further and made our purchase straight away and took our new mattress home with us that day. John showed us all the different mattresses available and helped us to understand what was the right one for us. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

Both James and Michael were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt completely at ease and nothing was too much trouble for them. I took a long time trying to decide on exactly what I wanted, but they were very patient with me. Over all it was a very nice shopping experience.

I was highly Satisfied with my visit because of the customer service i received. Michael and John where very patient with us in the store very helpful with testing various matresses and very knowledgeable about all goods in the store plus we was offered a nice cup of coffee while we sorted out the payment and collection details. I had planed on visiting the 3 different bed stores on the site but did not need to as i was more than happy with the service and the mattress in Dreams Thanks Tony

My husband and I had been discussing replacing our bed, or, as an interim move, a topper. We just happened to be close to Dreams yesterday so decided to see what they recommended. A young man approached us as we walked into the store and was absolutely first class in ensuring that we were shown all available toppers and beds which would meet our needs, enabling us to make a decision. We were really grateful to the time Michael spent with us; we appreciated that he was keen to make sure we went away happy with our purchases. In the end, whilst he was pointing out the various pillows on display, I spotted a Thomas Duvet Set - hadn't thought of Christmas till then, but our great grandson will love it! The icing on the cake for me especially - was that both items purchased were in the sale AND Michael offered us the opportunity to enjoy a coffee courtesy Dreams! After the excellent service we received from Michael - not forgetting James the Assistant Manager who heard me praising Michael for help - we shall undoubtedly return when a new bed is necessary.

Very attentive staff, explained to them I was looking for a specific headboard and based on my description Michael advised it was a discontinued item. He then checked stocks and advised me he could still get the item for me, and it was at reduced price. Excellent customer service. While I was placing my order I was offered coffee and all staff I spoke with were incredibly friendly and chatty. Great experience throughout.

It's wonderful to have friendly and helpful customer service team and colleagues who understands customers needs.
