Francis who served us was really outstanding with her helpfulness and with making us feel so at ease with it all, nothing was too much trouble,she made it a very stress free experience

I was looking for a new mattress. The grading system was fully explained and we were allowed to browse through what was available. We narrowed down our choice and then we're helped by further explanation of each mattresses properties. We were impressed with the professionalism and competence of the Help we were given.

Very quick service. was only looking for a duvet set and I found lots on clearance to choose from. Spotted a few beds I liked but will return with wife to make a decision so I don't get in trouble

It was a pleasure dealing with the store manager, I think his name was John, especially after my last experience with Dreams at Tottenham Court Road a few years ago.... which was dreadful. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who gives a great service and knows his stuff, a rare experience these days.

Absolutely brilliant knowledge, services and friendliness of the store staff. They couldn't have made he purchase more easier. Their patience in explaining the products and good humour at all times made us feel special, valued and like part of the 'Dreams' family. The knowledge of the staff was absolutely phenominal which left us feeling completely assured we'd made the right purchase for our needs at the right price!
