the salesperson was very helpful and proffessional in the way she handled our sale and the price and i think that was what convinced us in buying the products

we were seen by fran at our Gravesend branch and was offered tea and coffee very helpful thanks

The service from the assistant was second to none and she was very informative regarding the product and everything regarding the sale. We were offered a lovely cup of coffee while we were waiting for the sale to be completed. Could not have received a better service anywhere, thank you.

I would recommend dreams gravesend to anyone. The staff were friendly and helpful. I felt I could shop at my own pace without someone looking over my shoulder trying to pressure me into buying something, which I have experienced at other stores.
