The sales person was very patient in trying to resolve s problem encountered when I tried to buy the goods on interest free credit. I was not impressed with Barclays who wanted proof of identity and kept moving the goal post. It was lucky I am able to afford the furniture otherwise you would have lost a sale. I spent a lot of time getting the proof that was needed for Barclays then wanted other information. Your sales rep spent over an hour on.the phone to them. Surely a letter from my solicitor should have been enough proof as well as my driving licence to prove my address was as I had stated. NOT VERY IMPRESSED WITH BARCLAYS.

Was welcomed in the store and was given information about the item I purchased, was talked through everything from purchase to delivery, polite staff and friendly towards customers

Excellent friendly assistants, good value for money.

Manager and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful.. i had rung the store beforehand to check that the item we wanted was available to view, the call was recalled/remembered by the manager the whole experience in store was like a social evening choosing our bed, mattress, accessories and having a coffee whilst sorting the paperwork. We did not leave the store until gone10 past 8 which was after the store should have closed yet we were not rushed out or made to feel uncomfortable - Well done Gravesend!

Great service from sales colleague, welcomed us to store and asked a few questions about what we were looking for. He gave a quick description of the colour-coding system for different types of mattress, and some recommendations for us to try, then left us to it. It was nice to be given the space and time to explore on our own and test out the different mattresses. Sales assistant then came back over to see how we were getting on after about 5-10 mins and we had a chat about our budget and if we'd seen any we liked. It really felt like he then went out of his way to see if he could offer us any available clearance mattresses to match our needs/budget. Two nights sleeping on our new mattress now and very thankful for the service and recommendation we received.

It’s nice not to be approached straight away. Then a nice relaxed salesman. No hard sell and most of all really listened to our requirements.

Fran our assistant was friendly and professional. Her customer service skills are excellent. She was approachable and gave us the appropriate amount of attention during our visit without being pushy. She had excellent product knowledge and made us feel relaxed and comfortable that resulted in us purchasing a bed and mattress.

Assistants was perfect very helpful and top quality matteress for the price
