We was met by an assistant and told him what we were looking for and he led us to an array of goods which we chose and paid for within, in 15 minutes, excellent service and friendly staff.

Staff very friendly not pushy like other stores leave you alone to have a look around I hate people floowing me around I like to look myself which dreams did I have brought a mattress and two beds from you now and have problems with my mattress and dreams have been fantastic

Sales colleague (Michael) was very professional. Did not put pressure on us and was very attentive to our requests. We spent a significant time in the store and he was very patient and respectful throughout our experience. It was a pleasure to be served by him.

All members of staff were attentive. Offered drinks, ensured we received good customer service, told us about other products and offers available. Delivery time of product was very reasonable compared to other stores. Explained process of returning an item and whether any charges would be included. Overall has a easy shopping experience.

Friendly service. Great knowledge of products. Made great suggestions different to the machines advise and helped me find the bed of my dreams. I only came in to look but ended up buying as the thought of sleeping on my old bed filled me with dread.
