Very professional, very knowledgeable overall very impressed

Shaun was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. He was patient in finding us the right mattress and also helped us find a new bed that we had initially planned to purchase elsewhere. Without his knowledge we would have been blindly trying to search for a mattress and if he had not been there we would have probably left empty handed or with a mattress that did not suit us. We were offered coffee and made to feel very welcome and not rushed into a purchase whatsoever

Alan was very friendly and took his time to explain to us our various options. Never pushy at all which was nice.

The sales men were very helpful and friendly gave a lot of choice didn’t try to talk us into anything they were very good overall

The salesperson was exceptional and couldn’t do enough to help and guide me through the beds available for my need

Both members of staff were friendly, informative, and seemed to be enjoying their job.

I had come in to the store very poorly after only undergoing further surgery 5 days before, my adviser was very patient with me and understood my needs. I am 32 with cancer and I explained that I would be needing to rest a lot, and the adviser was able to assist us without the need for me to be uncomfortable going on the machine to test how I sleep for example. Thank you for being very helpful
