Jack greeted us in a friendly and professional manner. He was attentive but not pushy and clearly knowledgeable as he guided us through our purchase. Jack ensured that we were given all the information we needed showing a real understanding of the customers needs.

The boy who served us was very helpful, and knowledgable . He explained everything very clearly and was very polite . We were very impressed with his behaviour.

Shaun was extremely helpful. He explained the advisability of having a check on our personal requirements with the double bed mattress that we were hoping to buy. Having done that, we didn't feel pressurised into buying a particular mattress but he showed us various options and also gave us guidance into appropriate pillows. He could not have been more helpful and also offered us a cup of coffee while the order was being processed. He explained to us clearly about the 40 day/night period. We would like to recommend Shaun as a pleasant and efficient sales person.

Excellant knowledge of the manager, he gave us time to look around the store onour own and was available whenever we needed to ask a question.

Jack was sensitiand took the time to explain things again when I didnt hear properly, He was also patient while I mulled things over. he gave sensible replies and pointed things out that helped me get to a conclusion. He didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all in fact he made me feel great even though I was on a low budget, all in all i am pleased i went into your store,

Shaun at Gloucester branch was amazing, helped us find the perfect bed at the right budget.

I wanted to buy a hospital type bed for my elderly mother and was planning on going to a mobility shop but thought I would call in to Dreams to see if they stocked anything similar. Shaun, the customer assistant showed us the range of beds, sizes and mattresses and explained the pros and cons of each. He gave us lots of time to test and think about the products and at no point did I feel that he was pushing for a sale but seemed genuinely interested in providing the most suitable bed for Mums needs. He was knowledgeable about what was available and friendly and polite. Mum even lay on a bed which took her measurements and digitally assessed which mattress was most suitable. In the end a visit which just started out as a pop in to compare what was available at the mobility centre ended in us buying a bed which I am sure will suit her. We have to wait 2 months for it to be delivered- ideally this would be quicker but realise that it all takes time.

Shaun was fantastic with pointing out the perfect products for us based on our needs. The first mattress we tried ended up being the one we ordered but Shaun helped us try out others to ensure we made the right decision

So refreshing to speak with a dedicated, helpful and honest team after a disastrous experience with another well known business of similar nature. The dreams experience was 1000% times better, and I never knew about the sleepmatch. This was ideal for me and my partner and so helpful. I would absolutely recommend Dreams to friends and family.
