Staff were brilliant given that there were only two of them in the shop and that had to maintain covid rules..

Shaun, the sales assistant, was brilliant. He was extremely polite and listened to our requirements. We then went on the special bed (cant remember what is was called) to determine which mattress types would suit our needs. Enjoyed seeing a pixelated version of me, though need to lose some lockdown pounds :) Shaun then took us through the options, we felt in control at all times. We were given space to make our own choices and not rushed at any point. He also recommended different types of pillow for my wife and I, OMG, much better sleep since we started using them. We will need more beds/mattresses soon for the rest of the house and will definitely go back to Dreams, and Shaun if he is still there.
