We were greeted by Louise when we entered the store and made aware of social distancing we were then given the option of the machine that tests what type of mattress we should have after this Louise then directed us to the ones suitable for us all very good with our own paper sheet and pillow cover. When we had chosen the one we wanted to purchase we were directed to the desk where we went through all the details offered a drink if we required one and a very easy and competent young lady made us at ease to complete our purchase.

The store assistant was patient ,friendly and helpful. The bed chosen should be very comfortable and the base and headboard colour was good.
