The staff were courteous and not "pushy" as seems to be the norm in most stores. Staff member who served has a good knowledge of the products, explained them in an understandable fashion and all with a smile. Made us very much at ease, as we didn't really know what we were looking for.

My first visit was to browse and get information on my exact needs. The second visit was to purchase all the items first discussed. Both agents were very helpful and provided lots of information. A very friendly service.
