Louise who served us was very informative about what product would be best suited for my needs as i had explained i have just had a back operation. i was very impressed by the use of technology to ensure i had the right mattress for myself and my husband even though he was not with me. Louise showed me a number of mattresses which had been recommended and helped me decide on the correct one for me. She was friendly and professional.

Assistant took on our challenge and provided the options that would fit our brief, quickly and without fuss.
