We were met by an assistant at the door, Ali, who fully explained the procedures due to Covid and were allowed to wander around the store to get an idea of the products available.She was always available to answer any questions and was very knowledgeable about the products. She was not pushy and we felt very relaxed in her company.

We were looked after by Louise at Dreams in Gloucester. Are first visit was good, considering the heat in the store, it was 35°, she was professional and very helpful. We had to leave as it was to hot and promised to return. We went back the next day, saw Louise and purchased a mattress!

Great service from Ali and Louise. Both my adult children came in on different days and used the sleep match machine and we were given very helpful advice.
