Louise was very knowledgable and was extremely professional but friendly and welcoming. She listened to our requirements and guided us very well. My slight disappointment was the length of time for delivery but completely understand that COVID-19 has affected how busy Dreams now finds itself and also shows me how popular the company is too which is a really good situation to be in.

The store manager at the Gloucester store was not only extremely knowledgeable, but gave us all his time , no pressure and went Above and beyond the call of duty. He is an asset to your company and I will be recommending the Dreams Gloucester store to all my friends and family

Couldn’t get a delivery date for the bed and mattress, but were told that we would be contacted and that it should be 6-8 weeks. Which is fine during this time, everything else was great.

The service was spectacular, the staff member that I dealt with was super friendly and knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about, which gave me so much confidence to choose the right mattress for me. Shaun at your Gloucester store is a credit and a valuable asset to the Dreams business.

From the moment we entered store we felt safe - welcome and hand gel to use. Shaun was very helpful. Went out of his way to show me different beds in my price range. He recommended the bed machine to see the best comfort mattress - again supplied with paper coverings to lay on. The machine recommended firm mattress and Shaun took me to the mattresses to try. Even suggesting I try a medium to see the difference between the firmness. We were at the shop quite a while and Shaun even supplied us with lovely cold water to drink. He was a very good sales person.
