i was highly satisfied because the minute we walked in we were not hassled just left to browse in our own time the assistant was extremely helpful when we needed them

Alan from the Gloucester store was so helpful the first time we came in looking around. We are buying our first house and he explained about being able to alter delivery date if needed and explained everything about the bed frame and mattress. We then waited a month or so and came back to buy specifically asking for Alan!!
