Your shop assistant understood my need to purchase a guest bed as economically priced as possible. And spent time explaining the advantages and disadvantages of the products I liked in my price range. And recommended other product that I actually liked, which I believed enabled me to make an informed decision and purchase.

We were helped by Shaun who was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient and listened to our specific needs. The whole experience was stress free and we’re happy with the final result.

The Sales Assistant, Taku, came across as being very knowledgeable, explaining things patiently and giving us time to reflect and ask questions. He would step back when my husband and I wanted to discuss our thoughts so we didn't feel pressured. Taku was very patient when we wanted to try out the beds again to make sure we were making the right decision. He had a very pleasant personality and even though he was wearing a mask his smile was apparent!

Taku the sales assistant was vey knowledgeable and very patient as we did try numerous mattresses and he was not pushy at all,

Shaun, Store Manager, was welcoming, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and simply a pleasure to be assisted by.

From the minute we walked into the store we felt that the level od service was fantastic. Helpful and knowledgeable staff but didn't feel pushy or too salesy which is a huge bonus. We felt that they cared about our needs and finding what was best for us. We were served by Alan and he was absolutely fantastic. We actually found a bed that we preferred in one of your competitors stores but wanted to go with Dreams due to the service we received so we went back and picked a different bed which I think speaks volumes. All staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome and I have already recommended Dreams to my friends and family.
