Dreams - Gloucester

Shaun from the Gloucester branch of Dreams was highly professional and very patient. He spent as much time helping us as we needed and his knowledge of the products was excellent. I felt very comfortable during my time in the store and was not pressured into any purchases. I could not recommend him enough.

Ali greeted us at the door and let us know that we could look around and if we needed assistance then to call her over. When we had finished looking around she came over and talked us through sleep match and we then did the sleep match which matched us up to a list of matresses to choose from. Ali grabbed us a couple of pillows to test at the same time and we went ahead with her to test the mattresses. She was very knowledgeable and we didn’t feel pressured into anything at any point. She helped us I making our decisions and then gave us some time to test them and feel for ourselves what was the best fit. After we had chosen our mattress we then went and sat down with Ali the complete our order and talk about it options. Ali was perfect from the time we entered the store all the way up until we left the store. Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful person.
