This the first time i have bought a mattress at Dreams. as soon as i entered the store i felt at ease with looking around.The salesman was brilliant and as i am rather deaf and have a bad back he was very patient and helpful.My mattress is just right and thank you to louise for recomending Dreams and the delivery men who were great.

Alan was the perfect salesman. Polite, and very knowledgeable. Understanding of all of our needs & requirements as well as giving us plenty of time to look around, test products with his advice on types of mattress suitable to both our needs. Without being pushy. He allowed us to discuss and question many issues regarding Bed frames, Headboards, Mattress before the ultimate question of price. He was very clear on what was going to be possible and what was not. WE had no intention of buying a bed TODAY but because of this mans expertise we bought today and spent far more than we had planned or anticipated. BUT Came away highly satisfied. Thanks for the experience!

Aleksandra went above and beyond to help us. Nothing was too much trouble, even though we kept asking questions. We were not rushed at all, we were left to look around and choose in our own time. We did not feel pushed into buying anything. She was very helpful and recommended what she thought would suit us best. She was very professional and we were very happy with the service we received.
