The lady who looked after us in the Peel Centre store in Gloucester was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and took all the time we needed to make an informed decision. Normally we would have taken the information away and price matched it at other stores BUT she was so good we went with her. It would be great if she receives this feedback on an individual basis.

Once we walked into the store we were met by the staff who asked what we were looking for in terms of comfort. he then proceeded to show us the computer system for our ideal mattress. I thought this system was superb and quickly let us know the type of mattress would be suitable. We then tried several types of mattress that fell into the above category and quickly decided on the ideal mattress. we were very impressed by the knowledge of the staff member and we were treated very well whilst in the store including a really nice cup of coffee. a very pleasant store experience and will fully recommend to our friends.

Very friendly, Louise answered all my questions & showed me all of the beds that I was looking for & what variety I could have. She also offered me a hot drink whilst we were completing the paperwork. Very satisfied.

From entering the store we were approached by friendly staff who gave so much information and expertise on buying our bed. We didn’t realise how many different beds there were to choose from. A very pleasant experience
