Very friendly staff who took all of our needs into consideration. They clearly knew the products well and were able to show us a variety of mattresses best suited to us.

Because it was the right level of support and help , with out being too pushy . Able to answer questions about the product , stated bed . Honest about potential delivery dates , which turned out to be better than we thought ! Overall a great friendly helpful service . Explained COVID rules on entering the shop too

This the first time i have bought a mattress at Dreams. as soon as i entered the store i felt at ease with looking around.The salesman was brilliant and as i am rather deaf and have a bad back he was very patient and helpful.My mattress is just right and thank you to louise for recomending Dreams and the delivery men who were great.
