During my visit to Dreams I was assisted by Jordon, I found him very knowledgeable and helped me make my choice of mattress, he was polite, helpful and although I spent more than I intended I really felt he did everything he could to ensure I purchased the correct mattress for me. Highly recommend thank you.

We found what we wanted in the store. Louise, our sales assistant was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. She was not pushy yet managed to get an order from us because of her professionalism and knowledge. We bought 3 beds and mattresses and insurance cover too because of how she sold it to us.

The whole experience was efficient and easy. We had planned to go to other bed stores, but were happy to purchase our bed from the first shop we went to.
