Originally chose a particular item, but when further advised by colleague decided that it was not suited to my needs, and upgraded choice. Helpful that the afternoon store delivery Would have my choice available.

The assistant Alan took time listening to our requirement. Used the simulator with knowledge which led us to a good choice of beds relevant to our needs. We tried beds with Alan providing helpful hints and background on the options.

Welcomed into the store. Left to browse. Followed up with dreams sleep machine to define the type of mattress required. One to one service through the payment process to completion.

During my visit to Dreams I was assisted by Jordon, I found him very knowledgeable and helped me make my choice of mattress, he was polite, helpful and although I spent more than I intended I really felt he did everything he could to ensure I purchased the correct mattress for me. Highly recommend thank you.
