Our customer assistant Taku was very friendly and helpful. A genuinely lovely person who didn’t pressurise us but made sure he was available to give us advice.

Alan was extremely professional, very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. He allowed us time on our own to test the various mattresses and discuss our thoughts whilst answering all our questions and providing advice when requested.

Shop clean and tidy. Staff helpful and friendly. We were not rushed into our purchase. Very efficient.

They were very friendly with understanding medical needs and understanding of ongoing conditions very talkative with explaining everything and the differences between each product and was alway will to answer any questions me and my partner brought up also very friend with my daughter who just wanted to look whilst we was buying they still treated her like she was a customer even though they knew they wasn’t getting a sale from her

We came into the Gloucester store to purchase some spring mattresses for our daughters. After speaking to a colleague we were advised memory foam mattress would be more suitable for the children and shown a range of different mattresses. We had our questions answered and we’re left for a short period to have a look around. With only one mattress being available we were assisted in ordering online to be delivered at a time that suited us. The gentlemen that we spoke to engaged with not just us but our children too. They were very excited to chose their mattresses. We walked away happy with better mattresses then we anticipated at a great price.

With the help of Allan, we were able to identify the mattress we required, and most suitable for us. Good range of mattresses on display and to try out.

The sales person was very helpful and really took the time to understand our needs, and help us understand the difference between all of the different types of mattress.

Highly recommend ALAN as he was not pushy listened to what we needed. Tested the comfort machine out to see mine and my partners positioning and firmness levels. Very friendly service without feeling pressured to spend over my budget.

He was polite, lisened for we needed. Like storage easy to clean and most important strong base because i am on the large size. He was going for the best deal for us.
