From the moment we stepped through the door, we were treated very well by the staff and Covid procedures explained and followed. The sleepmatch is very well set up and a great test product. We were first seen by new starter Stephen who did very well and was very freindly & professional. Then handed over to store manager Shaun who went through test results and showed us suitable matresses, explaining very well each type & product set up. Gave us time to go through products and make decission on what we wanted. Price was higher than budget, so option was given to us about intrest free purchase. Sat down and went through purchase at desk with Stephen guided by Shaun as training, this was done very well. Went through all information on back of wall (ie. guarantee) and explained all areas well. The whole set up in the store & service provided by staff was excellent, & nowadays is really nice to get freindly, professional service with a good product knowledge, as does not happen often anymore. Would definitely recommend this store to family & freinds.
