Dreams - Gloucester

Alan in Gloucester has a good depth of knowledge which helped us confirm our needs and style of bed. He was attentive but also gave us time to speak aside and make our decision. At no point did we feel rushed or under pressure despite us being hesitant and repeatedly trying out beds. We were unsure initially as regards mattress choice but his knowledge was particularly helpful here. We tested his mattress composition knowledge for sure ! I mean we all roughly know what style of bed we like but need help with mattress choice don't we ? He makes a great coffee too! We felt safe and comfortable in store as regards COVID regulations. This is our second Dreams purchase at Gloucester. We remembered James from our first purchase 3 years ago and hoped we would deal with him again but in no way were we disappointed with Alan and how he assisted us. Must say all the staff seemed happy in their jobs. It creates a nice relaxed atmosphere to shop in. Thank You

We came looking for a mattress. Upon entering the store we sanitised our hands and a colleague (Shaun) came over to ask if they could help us in any way. He took us over to the dream machine to recommend a list of mattress’ for us. He then showed us the mattress’ on the list and based on how we liked each on firmness or springs directed us to the two final choices. He left us to try each several times and answered any question we had, such as how long they would last. His product knowledge was excellent. Even explaining the mattress warranty which we bought really made us feel that it was the right choice

We were welcomed into the store by Alan, he was very friendly and took us through everything we needed to know, made choosing the perfect bed for us very easy! Alan gave us clear information which was very helpful and made the whole process stress free

Great service very professional

Shaun who helped us was very friendly and knowledgable about beds and mattresses. He made us feel special while we were looking for our bed and mattress and for mattresses for the children. While we were arranging the order we were offered drinks as were the children which they LOVED!! Have been recommending Dreams in Gloucester ever since!

Shaun was friendly and made sure we found what we needed. He also gave us time alone to think and browse the products before making a decision. Process of order was quick and easy and Shaun was able to advise us on some other products.

We were left to wander around looking at the items in stock, and when a friendly face asked us if we would like some help we were happy to accept. We were not put under any pressure whatsoever. So appreciated the gentle and friendly manner of the member of staff named Shaun.

We were looked after by Jordan, he was very helpful, explained everything we needed to know and answered any questions we asked him, the quality of service and products are second to none and have already told friends how great the service and whole experience was.

This was the 1st shop we entered since Lockdown, we felt totally at ease as soon as we entered the store, we were met by a gentleman who got an assistant Jordan who was with us for the whole of our shop, but obviously leaving us from time to time to chat about what we wanted to purchase. The store was very clean, with enough room to move around to social distance.

Store manager Shaun was excellent making it easy for us to narrow down the choice.
