James was very helpful. He understood what I required, talked me through my options, was very patient while I was making my decision re which mattress to choose. He also explained that I could have an ottoman bed, (which I wanted), but didn't have to have a memory foam mattress (which I didn't want). Impressed that everything could be delivered the following month and my old bed and mattress could (for a fee) be taken away. Overall a really good experience 🙂

Highly knowledgeable staff assisted us and was very informative and friendly. An honest appraisal of our needs was made and we were offered a number of bed options. There was no pressure to buy on the day or pick the most expensive item. All sensible COVID measures were observed. Jordon was highly professional and approachable.

From the moment we opened the door, we were informed about the sanitised hand station for Covid protection, we informed the Store manager of our needs as regards to a mattress, and he put the details into the sleep machine and at the same time handed us covid protection for the pillows we were issued with. The manager then took us to the top three mattress that would suit us the best, and gave us enough time to select the mattress that we wanted. He provided us with tea and coffee as heexplained everything as we bought the mattress and the extras that we wanted. He explained how the delivery men would conduct themselves and deliver to the bedroom. Overall, I was very pleased

Alan was really friendly and took the time to explain things so we didn't feel rushed. He gave us options but wasn't too pushy so it didn't feel like we were being pushed towards a more expensive mattress.

The colleague who helped us (I think James) was knowledgeable, helpful, gave informed suggestions, and got everything arranged swiftly.

We came looking for a mattress. Upon entering the store we sanitised our hands and a colleague (Shaun) came over to ask if they could help us in any way. He took us over to the dream machine to recommend a list of mattress’ for us. He then showed us the mattress’ on the list and based on how we liked each on firmness or springs directed us to the two final choices. He left us to try each several times and answered any question we had, such as how long they would last. His product knowledge was excellent. Even explaining the mattress warranty which we bought really made us feel that it was the right choice
