We immediately had help from your store colleague Alan and explained what we were looking for in terms of a new mattress, following which he went through different options, the differences between products etc. We were given plenty of time to try out different mattresses of different types and Alan was always friendly and happy to let us go back over some we'd already tried etc, until we found one we were 100% happy with.

Louise helped us with our selection. She was knowledgeable and helpful without being ‘pushy’.

Great customer service and advice given

Even with covid restrictions I could not fault the service given. As soon as we walk in a member of staff greeted us explaining the restriction in place and the layout of the store.

The sales person who dealt with us Jordon was brilliant, he knew his products and was able to show us various different beds and mattresses we might be interested in. He didn't pressure us at any point like over bed sales places had. He was polite and friendly and put us on a machine to test what mattress would be best. We went away to have a think and not at any point were we pressured to buy anything before we left. We came back straight away and asked for the same salesman. He made us feel so comfortable and at home and made us laugh which is always a good thing
