The store manager knew about the products the benefits of the bending slats he was more than happy to let me go next to to have a look with out trying to push the bed on me, he mad me a nice coffee and he was just a friendly bloke

They listened gave knowledgeable advice. We were left alone to investigate and look around- make decisions. There was no pressure.

The lady greeted me as soon as I entered the store, she was knowledgeable, helpful and cheerful.

Welcomed into the store, all covid guidelines being followed. good product knowledge and able to answer any queries with responses and would go and look up the information of any items and provide in quick manner

We were greeted in a timely and friendly manner upon entering the store by James. He took the time to understand our needs as first time mattress buyers. He explained everything clearly and also gave us time to ourselves to explore the mattresses best suited to us. We did not feel pressured into buying anything we did not want.
