Given all the information I needed, Louise was knowledgeable and friendly, listened to my needs and choices. The ordering process went well. Given enough choice, but not overwhelmed or shown what I did not want.

Shaun from the Gloucester branch was the best salesman I’ve ever come across . Friendly , professional, helpful and caring about our needs . He was never pushy and offered us plenty of options with a constant smile on his face . Made us feel extremely welcome at the door and never left us feeling unsure or unwanted . He was incredibly informative and even stayed over his shift to help us get the right mattress for us . He honestly was a super star and we will be back and spreading the word about Shaun !!!! Thank you so much !!! Made out Dreams experience a real dream !

James was very understanding to our needs, we were not rushed, he showed us different choices styles and never once did we feel pressured to hurry up or buy something that we did not wont have already been recommending dreams to family and friends

We were made welcome the minute we stepped through the door, our salesman was attentive without being overbearing, we only went in to buy a mattress not the complete bed but that didn’t reflect in the salespersons attitude towards us, we were given the whole experience we tried out the computerised bed and then made our selection based on the information given, it was only at the end of our visit that we realised that we’d been served by The Store Manager

Everybody working there was fantastic and they were really approachable and made sure we were okay.

Excellent customer service. From the sleep machine to the knowledgeable sales assistant . Didn't rush us or put us under any pressure to purchase any particular mattress.
