Easy, good advice, not too much pressure but always there

I received a friendly welcome and an assistant upon my arrival. The assistant was friendly and professional and I felt that I had chosen the right store to visit. I had a survey completed to assess the type of mattress I needed and was given time to try all the options. I found the one I wanted and place my order then payed for the item. If the delivery team is as good as the shop team I will be very happy indeed.

James at Gloucester store was very polite and knowledgable . He explained all the Covid procedures as well as talking us through the bed sleep test machine . He gave us several options and talked us through the differences and any queries we had. The “paperwork” was quick and efficient and delivery was too our needs . Excellent service and a credit to the store . Well done James !

We were greeted when we arrived at the store and asked what we were shopping for, sanitiser etc was at the front of the store, they then told us about the bed that tells you what you need or offered to just walk around and try without that. Shaun served us and was extremely helpful. We were shopping for my mum, she tried the electronic bed, he then showed us some beds and left us to try them. He knew she didn’t want to spend a lot but mum has joint problems so he said to try the tempur mattress, without being pushy. As it was so comfy, she did in fact buy it. Shaun is a great salesman. James was very knowledgable, he was helpful and friendly. We were shown all the options that the machine recommended and were then left after explanations of all the differences to narrow down our choice. We went off to deliberate and then came back and ordered with James who was very helpful and efficient. Would definitely come back when we need anything bed related and recommend you too.
