Dreams - Gloucester

James at Gloucester store was extremely patient and professional with daughter who has learning difficulties. He took time to understand her specific needs and actively listened before explaining in terms she could understand. He was very knowledgeable and was able to make several recommendations to adjust products to suit.

Sales person had extensive knowledge of items we were looking for and we were treated like we were very important. We found technology used for mattress fitting was impressive and the quality of all the items in store was excellent.

We were served by a really friendly guy called Jordan he couldn’t of done enough for us. We have been to dreams a few times and never were that impressed by the service however this time we were lucky enough to have been served by Jordan who was outstanding from start to finish had a smile on his face so welcoming he was so knowledgable about the products we only went in for a browse but because of his service and time taken to understand what we want we needed up getting a new bed, mattress and bought a new cabin bed for our son which we had not intended on doing. Jordan advised us that he was sadly leaving the store the next day but his colleague James who was also very friendly and helpful would look after us. I must say you are very silly to let such a good sales/services person leave your store. Like I said previously we have been in dreams Gloucester and left feeling like we hadn’t really had much help or interest which is why it took us so long to actually sort a new bed. However this time was completely different couldn’t fault these two they did so much to help us get the right bed for us and we left happy and confident this was the bed for us and our needs.

All the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and clearly enjoyed working for Dreams and with each other. James took care of us brilliantly, no hard sell just good honest old fashioned customer service. He explained everything but most importantly gave us time to come to our own decision about what to buy. We are currently doing lots of home improvements and Dreams Gloucester is one of our best experiences so far.

Sean looked after me very well when I was in the store, he answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. He spent time explaining what would suit my child and gave me choices. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The other team members were very friendly too and I felt welcomed.

In one visit we were assessed for the type of mattress which would be best for us. We were then shown mattresses which matched our needs and given help and information to make our choice. We were then given time to consider the options and, when we made our decision the assistant placed our order with the minimum of fuss. He explained everything in detail as to what would happen and when. James was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and made the experience stress free.

Me and my husband have currently got a mattress from nectar, we really are not getting on with it the mattress is very firm and no good to us! We have decided to see Dreams store and check what’s available for us. As we walked in we was welcomed straight away we have explained the situation and right away we’ve been given great advice on what we need! We have had plenty of options shown to us! We have found our mattress that suits us and our bodies the best and that is thanks to the mattress expert at dreams called James! He was really helpful and had a big knowledge on every question we’ve had.

Was helped and given the opportunity to try out a selection of mattresses to narrow down to two with no pressure to buy. Also had all other questions answered very well and ended up buying the pillow that I used to try the mattresses after being given good advice

James was lovely and couldn’t be more helpful
