I attended the store for information & left to consider my options. I found the staff member very informative & helpful but not pushy, so felt comfortable. Returned to make my purchase. Again the same staff member(Jack) was so helpful & informative & helped us to our choice. He was professional. He made the whole process easy & pleasant, offering refreshments too. Well done!

Always find staff easily accessible and courteous. One cannot fail to leave your store with a good sense of being both professionally and courteously attended to.

The colleague who served us helped us to navigate the large selection of beds, mattresses and pillows to find the perfect combination to suit our requirements. He was courteous and patient throughout and we enjoyed the coffee too!
