Great sales guy with lots of mattress knowledge!

Very attentive staff member James in Gloucester who showed a great passion and knowledge in his work.

Because Louise was kind and friendly, and helped us find a great quality mattress and as first time buyers she was very helpful With finding the perfect mattress.

I went into the Gloucester branch looking for two double beds to be delivered the next day if possible! Unrealistic but Louise did her upmost to help. She guided me through all the options with a quick delivery with a result that the two beds and bases will be delivered within 5 days. She was in the store alone and, had other people to deal with but managed it all with efficiency and friendliness. She was a star!

Sean’s knowledge was impressive and he was able to guide me around the store, to find a bed for my mother...a hard task! I was shown all the choices and was able to take notes (pen and paper provided), in order to discuss everything I had seen, with my mother, who lives abroad at the moment. She was able to make a decision and I was able to order everything she wanted, later that day. An impressive experience! Thank you Sean, at the Gloucester store.

James was very friendly and helpful, explained all the different types of beds we tried and why each one was good for us as individuals, wasn't pushing for us to choose the most expensive, just let us take our time and pick what was right for us

I went in for a guestroom double bed mattress. I was open about the fact I didn't want to spend a lot but needed the mattress within 10 days. I was quickly directed to the best options and there was no attempt to try and sell me something more expensive. Everyone was efficient and knowledgeable and friendly.

On entering the store we were met by Shaun the store manager who was very polite and friendly. He explained how the sleepmatch worked and we soon had a list of matresses to suite us. We were then shown the top three that met our needs and he explained the differences betwwen them. After our initail trials he left us alone to make up our own minds on which one we would purchase. The final part of the purchase was quick and easy,and he then explained what would happen next. The whole experience was delightfull.

Louise was lovely and she sold us the bed. We had no intention of buying a bed as we were on holiday but her politeness and professionalism sold it to us. Being from Lincoln we normally would use our local store but Louise went above and beyond without being pushy, she is a credit to the store.

The customer service was great
