Excellent customer service

As soon as we entered the store, it was a happy atmosphere, every member of staff we encountered smiled and said hello. It was clean and well spaced out. Got straight on to sleep match, when the results came though we were offer a variety of mattresses in all different price bands, selected what we wanted and if was delivered on time within 5 days excellent service both in store and with the delivery team.

Louise in the gloucester store was great. She took the time to show us every option available before finding us a fantastic deal on the perfect mattress.

From the minute I walked in the door I was greeted and given great customer service to help me choose the perfect mattress for me using the sleep match. Louise was amazing.

We knew what we wanted and were pleased to find that there were several variants the we could try out. The salesman, Alan, was informative and attentive without ever seeming pushy. Like most people we would have liked the price to have been cheaper and the delivery time earlier but, to a large extent, these are beyond Dreams' control and was comparable in these areas to your competitors.

I was very impressed with the help I had in the Gloucester store yesterday to find out what type of mattress was best for me and also had very good assistance on what bed frame would be better for me as I needed easy storage and a strong base. Staff were very friendly and just made the overall experience great! Definitely will be going back. They also knew all the information I needed when I asked questions about the beds and materials.
