Louise at the gloucester store was extremely helpful couldn’t fault her in anyway very very satisfied with the whole experience

I was warmly welcomed into the store on arrival. I was given personal advice which was efficient, clear and all very helpful in assisting me to make the right decision for me when purchasing a good quality mattress. At no time was I rushed to make my decision and progressively it became quite clear what was exactly right for me. Most Highly Satisfied.

Very knowledgeable staff. Listened to our needs. Felt we could take all the time we needed to make a decision. No pushy sales. Allowed our toddler to try out the bed with us to recreate a more authentic sleeping situation!

Louise was a very knowledgeable and friendly sales person and guided us to what we were looking for

Greeted by friendly staff and made to feel welcome.

When we entered the store, James greeted us straight away and told asked us what we were after, He then helped us find the right mattress using the sleep master (I can’t remember why it’s called) machine. He then showed us the products that it had recommended and have us some time to see what we thought. We chose our favourite and then sat down with a coffee to chose our delivery date. A very friendly and knowledgeable guy, credit to the store and company!

Louise was incredible. We had a fantastic experience, she not only was extremely welcoming but her knowledge was brilliant. We were able to try out exactly what was recommended and Louise was nothing but patient and friendly.

I felt the visit was conducted very professionally, with expert knowledge from the assistant Alan MacAlwin. I was not rushed or pressured and all my questions were answered in full. I made a second visit with my wife to get her opinion, and again the same excellent service was received. Covid care was taken with ourselves and other customers in the store at the same time. A great experience, thank you.

James, the colleague who served us, was very polite and easy to chat too. He didn’t push us to do anything and just gave us well rounded advice so we could make our own informed decision. Great asset to your company
