I am completing this questionnaire on behalf of my niece who wanted the bed but has learning difficulties and mental health issues, so as her Auntie and Uncle we attended the store with her to oversee the purchase and ensure she understood what she was getting and being told. The Sales Assistant Alan was extremely helpful, patient and understanding of the issues she is currently experiencing and did his best to explain everything so she could understand whilst showing her the various options available to her.

Taku approached me as soon as I entered the store, normally I find this off putting but Taku was not overbearing or pushy in the slightest and let me guide the pace of my shopping experience. He showed me the machine which analyses your body and sleep position which I was very impressed with and he then guided me to the beds he thought fit my results. He was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and answered any questions I had. The actually purchasing of the item went very smoothly and I was thrilled to receive a number of free gifts and free delivery for the mattress over a variety of delivery dates. I was very, very impressed with Taku and will be recommending him and your store to friends and family.
