Dreams - Gloucester

James was fantastic, we popped in store to veiw bed had seen online, the bed was not stocked in store but we were shown an alternative, which James highted features and benifits about the ottoman style we were looking for, (hard base not slated) which made the difference in our decision to purchase. His Matress knowledge was greatly appreciated in helping us make the right choice too.

Taku was the young man who greeted us as soon as we came through the door and without his help I would have not found the mattress I bought. I would have been there for hours just clueless without his guidance . Taku, we found out later, has only been with the company 5 weeks, he was smiley, laughed with us (as it can be awkward lying on mattresses with people watching), but he was very personable and friendly and not pushy, he guided me and I made my own choice for which I am very happy. Thank you so much.

James was amazing! He made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. He made me feel very welcome and his service was excellent.

We came near closing time (as both my partner and I work) but at no point did we feel rushed. Alan gave us the time and space so that we felt we made the right decision. He knew his stuff and he exuded a confidence that made us feel comfortable we were making the right decision.

We went to Dreams in Gloucestershire and were assisted by James. Can't thank him enough and he even stayed after his shift to get our order finished. He didn't 'pouch' on us as we walked into the store and showed us mattresses that suited our needs across all prices. Once we had picked, he sat us down and offered us a hot drink. Very pleasurable experience

Louise was very friendly and helpful, her along with other colleagues had a warm sense of humour. The simulator helped speed up my search and found me the ideal product.

From entry to exit, everything was handled efficiently.

I visited the store to purchase a new mattress and was helped by James who was brilliant! He was extremely polite and helpful and had good knowledge of the products but at no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything. My mum was with me and was so impressed that she also bought a new mattress even though she’d only come along to ‘have a look’.
