The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products needed. We didn't feel any pressure to buy and were overall satisfied with the customer service provided.

Louise was very helpful but not pushy, she considered things we hadn’t. The bed machine thing was great!

Staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy or creating a hard sale. Staff happily gave us time to browse without interference and were more than willing to help when asked. They explained everything regarding the products, including the cons of certain styles/types etc for my wants and needs. Staff made sure I, as the customer, had all the details needed regarding products and sales. When I purchased a bed/mattress, I was offered a hot drink which was a nice added extra and the team made sure I was confident in my purchase and had all the relevant information. I was able to sign the documentation needed myself, despite being on the computer, which added to the sense of being in control and aware of my purchase. The sales manager Shaun at the Gloucester store was absolutely brilliant and made what I expected to be a long, arduous slog through beds and mattresses, an easy and enjoyable shopping process!

The assistant was very knowledgeable and did not push me into anything I didn’t want. He gave us time to review all the options.

The staff at the showroom were excellent. There was a wide range of mattresses which were clearly explained.

When I arrived to the store a person name Shaun greet me and advice and help me with choosing the right mattress. He has massive knowledge about the product and shown me the right mattress from varied range price. Also no pressure to buy but we end up buying the mattress overall very happy and satisfied.

Service was great, it didn't take long to find the right product and ordering and delivery times were perfect

My partner and I went to dreams looking for a mattress as we are about to move into our first home together. We were met at the door by James who was straight away very friendly and attentive. He offered us good advice and multiple options for what we were looking for. James was so helpful and friendly and this definitely helped make our experience at dreams even more positive! The mattresses were all of an amazing quality, and we were not at all rushed in making our decision over which to go for. James was brilliant at being available when we needed him but also stepping back and allowing us time to discuss our thoughts privately also. When we chose our perfect mattress, James was brilliant at organising and setting up the order and delivery for us. Thank you to James and thank you to dreams for helping make our experience so positive and for helping us to make the right decision for our ideal mattress!
