Customer service was excellent where Taku spent a long time helping though what we were looking for. He was very friendly and welcoming to us. It was a very busy bank holiday but he was able to help us and others. Thank you very much

The store was very busy but we didnt wait long to be served. The that took our order showed us to a seat and told he'd be back in a few minutes - which he was. The order only took a few minutes to put through and we were very pleased with the quick delivery date.

The person that felt with our sale was very professional and friendly. He helped with everything we needed. His name was Shaun.

James did test to find out which mattress will be best for us. He explain everything all concerns. He was very nice and friendly. We were very happy with customer service.
