Lady assistant attentive but not pushy, friendly, very knowledgeable. Have bought a mattress from Dreams before.

We were served by Gemma who was friendly and very professional. We discussed our requirements and suitable products were quickly identified. When we had decided on our purchase she went through the additional options available to us and agreeed a delivery date that suited us. The paperwork was dealt with quickly and efficiently but at no time did we feel we were being rushed. Excellent customer service.

Having made an online purchase of a mattress for £800, we had clearly made an uniformed decision, thereby wasting our money with little expectation of a refund or any satisfaction. After only 3 nights, we arrived at dreams and the very helpful Jay. My wife (5' tall and only 8st) and I (6' tall and 13st) have very differing requirements. Jay very helpfully showed us the options available that would satisfy both requirements without having to resort to bunk beds. Unlike the competitor next door the 40 night guarantee removed the worry of wasting any further money. A QR code linked to customer reviews of each mattress/bed on the bed details would be useful in reducing the short list and helping to make a more informed decision in the shortest possible time. That said, Jay was very patient and even helped us to select some Tempur pillows to help make our night time environment the most comfortable possible. Realising our desperation to replace the 3 day old mattress, Jay did his utmost to find the earliest available delivery slot. An employee of tremendous value, he was honest and upfront at every stage. No hidden agenda! Great stuff.

The store manager helped me. He managed to help another customer while very courteously letting me know we would have his undivided attention soon. He was so pleasant, polite and friendly. My boy was being quite challenging and in spite of the manager being on his own on a busy day with holidays and staff absence, he was brilliant throughout. I'm a manager in retail myself, his service and resilience was admirable.

The store was light and clean and the young man, Mark, was very attentive, but not over bearing. The transaction dealt with efficiently, without extra pressure to buy something else.
