Gemma was very good and answered all of my questions, with a smile on her face at all times

I was highly satisfied with the service I received at my local Dreams store, the assistant was very friendly & informative about the products. He helped me decide which product was right for me & my family. My shopping experience was a very pleasant one, due to the excellent customer service I received.

The sales assistant, Jay, was extremely helpful in giving us the right level of help and guidance in choosing our beds. We were really impressed.

When entering the store we were left to browse in our own time without being pestered then after a few minutes the store manager Shaun came and gave us some great advise. We then went back the next day to purchase the item and he greatest us well and went through our order thoroughly. Excellent service all around.

We have always come back to the same store and attended to by the same Dream Assistant. He took into consideration that we were looking for somethign that would last he gave us the option of either goign cheap and renewing in a few years or spend a bit and it would last a little longer
