Staff was very helpful.. they helped us to find the right product as per our need. Product range I found in the store was impressive and after selection of the product, finance was also arranged in no time. Was not expecting quick delivery of the product but it's being delivered in less than a week time.

Store salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. Product display and signage was clear, clean and easy to access.

Louise took me through the whole process from beginning to end & was extremely understanding of my needs. I explained that my husband had died suddenly just 5 months ago in November & she was both sympathetic & patient with me trying the beds selected / suggested by the computer. At no time did I feel pressured into making a quick decision & she even offered me a tea coffee or water which I declined, But it was lovely to be offered it. She explained the delivery & removal process as well as the extended guarantee which I decided to purchase along with a new pillow. All in all I would definitely recommend both Dreams & assistant Louise to friends & family if asked
